The Toronto Zoo invited it's members to a free preview of "Sting Ray Bay." With a price like that how could we say no? So we signed up and waited for the day to come. Well on Thursday our day came.
Max looking at us as if to say "what do you mean wait?"
While we waited for our turn to see the rays we had a look around the kids "Discovery Zone," where Max got to see some rabbits.
After the rabbits Max was chased by a sabertooth tiger.
Before too long we got to go in and pet the sting rays, sharks and crabs.
Yes even Max got to touch them.
Max showing how brave his is, by staring down a polar bear…
…and then almost poking a tiger in the eye.
We all know Max has a softer side though, because here he is running off with a flower that he picked from the Zoo's garden.
It looks like you guys had a nice time at the Zoo. Max looked excited to see the stingrays. We used to have a membership at the zoo as well. We got a lot of use out of it. We did that for a couple of years. Well worth the money. In the warmer weather you'll have to take him to the splash pad. The kids loved it.
